  3. Type 4 individuals are reserved and tend to work best in indoor 
  4. work settings not requiring face-to-face interaction with large 
  5. numbers of people.  They can work for extended periods of time on 
  6. projects and maintain good concentration.  Numerous interruptions 
  7. can be annoying because it breaks their concentration and attention 
  8. to detail.  They do not make hasty decisions and find satisfaction 
  9. in understanding the idea and purpose behind the job they are 
  10. doing.  They may find it difficult to remember names and faces but 
  11. have a good memory for detail and facts.  They sometimes find it 
  12. easier to express themselves in writing rather than verbalizing 
  13. their feelings.  They are very dependable, and they have sound 
  14. judgment.

  16. On the job, Type 4 individuals are the creative problem solvers, 
  17. with numerous new ideas.  They enjoy new challenges and learning 
  18. new skills but dislike performing the same tasks repeatedly.  They 
  19. works best during bursts of inspiration and have the ability to 
  20. come to a conclusion quickly.  They are very patient with 
  21. complicated situations but sometimes make errors regarding specific 
  22. facts.  They have a tendency to follow their inspirations and 
  23. intuition, good or bad, with drive.

  25. When working with fellow employees, they tend to be firm-minded and
  26. analytical.  They can function efficiently in a non-harmonious
  27. environment and can reprimand or fire people when necessary.

  29. In their drive to complete a project, they may ignore others' 
  30. concerns.  They do not show much emotion and may hurt people's 
  31. feelings without intending to.  When being supervised, their 
  32. primary concern is that they are treated fairly.

  34. Type 4 individuals like to complete projects on time and may become
  35. irritated if their present project must be interrupted for a more
  36. urgent one.  They experience much personal satisfaction when a job 
  37. is completed or they reach a satisfactory conclusion regarding a 
  38. situation or thing.
